is with her dad for a few days, which means I get some much appreciated “me” time.
But, I miss her! I know it’s important to bond with both parents, but damn it all! I know I need to catch up on sleep and clean and hang out with my friends or whatever, but I really miss my kid.
She’s impossible, sometimes, as all 2 month olds are, but it’s what I signed up for....

You can't pick your family.
I just got served with my first subpoena. It’s to appear in court in June to testify against my brother for the incident that happened while I was pregnant. I pressed charges, and I wrote out a witness statement.
I really hate that this is the relationship I have with him. I see so many people with younger brothers who get along so well, and here I am, about to send mine to jail.
